Summer Place is a Planned Unit Development community built in 1975 consisting of ninety single family homes. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, and a tennis/pickleball court. Close to Dana Point Harbor, San Clemente beaches, golf courses, and shopping centers. Located on the ocean side of the 5 Freeway in beautiful San Clemente, California.
